Our Legacy

A Farm-to-Table Story of Triumph & Legacy

The Benjamin Legacy

The legacy of authenticity began with Clarence Benjamin, the beloved granddad of our CEO, Crasyln Benjamin. Benjamin was a farmer of yuca, hot peppers and potatoes in his time and he taught Craslyn to grow same in their very own backyard.

With her granddad's background in farming and her grandmother, Ethel Morgan, a master chef, she was bound to be who she is a today  - a natural foodie. The specialty offerings of the sauces, spices and dips of the Clarence Dutchie brand are truly an inspiration from her grandparents' love for food and authentic Jamaican flavours that lives on in every product and meal prepared.

“This magical, marvelous food on our plate, this sustenance we absorb, has a story to tell. It has a journey.”
