Stuffed Green Plantains with Coconut infused Salted Fish. A top with Pica de Gallo and drizzled with Sweet Pineapple sauce.

Chicken Flat Bread Bites

Jerk BBQ Chicken bits on flat crispy edge crust with in house Pesto spread. Sprinkle with mixed cheese (Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese) and pickled Red Onions.

Pineapple Chicken Kebab

Crispy Chicken Breast on small Bamboo with Bell Pepper, Onions and Pineapple Chunks. Tossed in Pineapple Sweet Sauce.

Escovitch Cod Fish Johnny Cake Bruschetta

Crispy fried Cod fish topped with a spicy pickled vegetable medley (onion, carrot, pimento, thyme, garlic, bell pepper) on top of crispy on the inside and soft and fluffy Johnny Cake.

3 ‘S’ Firecracker Chicken Lollipops

Fried Chicken lollipops tossed in hot stout sauce, making the chicken sweet, spicy and sticky.

Fried Plantain cup with Jamaican Herb Tomato Salsa with Avocado drizzle with Mango Guava sweet Sauce.

Smoked Paprika Sweet Potato Gratin Bites (V)

Vegetarian Sweet Potato Canapes are bursting with flavours of Garlic and Smoked Paprika with dallop of Cashew Crème Fraiche garnished with crispy Cinnamon Sweet Potato Chips.

Sweet Sesame seed Pork bites served on bamboo skewers and slice cool cucumbers and garnished with Spring Onion.
